The organization has embarked on launching opportunities for all employees to enhance the business skills and the competencies to create a productive learning culture. Based on the learning needs identified for various roles, the HR team organized a 2-day learning session on ‘High Impact Presentation’ and 22 employees attended. The participants’ liked how the video-recording of their presentations were analysed to assess the delivery style, quality and the content. The videos also helped the learners to solicit feedback from each other.
